Billy and his father have a new neighbour: a worrisome thief. The kind of thief that steels from the poor.
Billy the hamster and his friend the worm follow him and witness how he robs the poor rabbit family.
Fortunately, Billy has a plan. A rather basic plan, but it works out. They even make a new friend (a badly singing little parrot). 
Age 4 and up.
